We've strived to make the published output as compliant as possible. Our goal is for 100% compliance but unfortunately, supporting older browsers and the non-standard features of various modern browsers has required this compromise:
- The HTML in the frameset page allows for Internet Explorer's attribute of 'application'.
- The HTML in the frameset page makes use of the non-standard yet widely supported attributes of 'border', 'frameborder', and 'framespacing'.
- The CSS style sheet allows for Internet Explorer 5.0's cursor value of 'hand'.
